Replacement
oak extension
Paul approached Designed in oak as his existing house extension was in great need of replacement as the frame had rotted out and it was leaking.
We acted quickly and within 2 months we had demolished the old structure and replaced it with a new oak frame version. We increased the thermal values of the building and replaced the lighting inside and out
Unfortunately we could not save the original slate tiles as they had also reached the end of their life. We did use new 1st Grade European slates to give the building a new lease of life.
